Job Summary

The Singapore Country Communication Specialist plays a key role in supporting site-level communication initiatives. This position contributes to the development and execution of strategic messaging, media engagement and internal communications that align with corporate and regional priorities. The role helps enhance brand visibility, support stakeholder engagement, and ensure consistent and timely delivery of communication materials across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic communication and marketing plans that highlight site leadership in technology, innovation, sustainability, and talent development.
  • Lead integrated communication and marketing campaigns that showcase key milestones and partnerships with external stakeholders.
  • Create messaging and talking points for interviews, event speakerships and communication initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on branding, reputation management, and crisis communications in alignment with global standards.
  • Manage media relations, including coordination of interviews, site tours, and public relations events.
  • Plan and manage the social media calendar, develop content aligned with brand voice and objectives.
  • Support global announcements and product launches with localized angles and messaging.
  • Support internal communications to ensure consistent messaging across initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in marketing communications, corporate and technology PR, or related marketing functions; preferably in semiconductor industry and at a Fortune 500 firm.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms, media engagement and marketing tools.
  • Ability to adhere to quality and style guidelines while producing persuasive and engaging content
  • Strategic thinker with attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
  • Proactive problem-solver who excels in a fast-paced environment and is ready to jump right in.
