We are looking for an experienced communications professional to enhance our brand and lead our internal communications strategy. This role plays a critical part in ensuring employees are well‑informed and connected to our culture in a dynamic and fast‑growing organization.

Based in Singapore, you will be part of the Communications & Public Affairs team, working closely with leadership, HR, and cross‑functional teams to support employee engagement and communications campaigns across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Communications

  • Translate business and organizational updates into clear and engaging content
  • Develop and execute global internal communications strategy in the region
  • Develop key messages and presentations for internal communications
  • Manage internal communication channels including townhalls, internal platforms, workspace design, email communications
  • Create high‑quality content including creatives, stories and videos
  • Ensure messaging consistency, brand alignment, and tone of voice across all internal communications
  • Track and analyse engagement metrics to measure communications effectiveness
  • Gather employee feedback and insights to continuously improve messaging and channels

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Drive communications that strengthen employee engagement and connection across Singapore and regional teams
  • Lead brand communities and manage brand assets
  • Partner with HR on employer branding initiatives

Integrated Communications Support

  • Support other communications functions including public relations and social media
  • Ensure outputs reflect organisational priorities, key messages, and brand identity
  • Support regional projects and strategic initiatives
  • Perform all other job-related duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications
  • Experience supporting executive communications and community management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in visual communication, Adobe Photoshop or photography will be a plus
  • Comfortable coordinating logistics and supporting multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
