- Negotiation & Alignment: Work with Core 3+ and BAs to define commercial proposal strategies, align business decisions, and actively participate in customer-facing sales engagements.
- Commercial Strategy & Growth: Drive end-to-end techno-commercial solutions, pricing, and contract management to optimize profitability and working capital. Support new commercial models for sustainable revenue growth.
- Risk & Contract Governance: Ensure compliance with global sales processes. Evaluate the impact of T&Cs on proposals with guidance from Legal Counsel and Contract Managers.
- Excellence & Change Management: Join the Market Area Commercial Management Community to share best practices. Maintain a growth mindset to challenge the norm and adapt to Ericsson's core values.
The skills you bring:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering with 5+ years in customer-interfacing roles (e.g., Account, Project, or Commercial Management).
- Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of sales principles, market trends, and Ericsson's Solutions & Offerings.
- Commercial & Financial Acumen: Skills in commercial planning, profitability analysis, risk management, and understanding the business impact of financial/contractual T&Cs.
- Soft Skills & Tooling: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and consultative communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office for data-driven decision-making and change management.
