Job Description:

Role Overview

The Senior Clinical Specialist is responsible for providing expert clinical support for the Biosense Webster portfolio, with a primary focus on electrophysiology (EP) and 3D mapping procedures in Singapore. This role partners closely with healthcare professionals to drive clinical adoption, support new product launches, and strengthen customer relationships, while contributing to business growth and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver clinical support and expertise during EP and 3D mapping procedures.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and confidence in Johnson & Johnson.

  • Promote the clinical value of Biosense Webster technologies through evidence-based education and procedural support.

  • Identify opportunities to grow market share, product utilization, and account profitability.

  • Support healthcare providers through product training, in-service education, and clinical best practice sharing.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and provide timely account and activity reporting.

  • Develop deep product, market, and competitor knowledge to deliver differentiated customer support.

  • Partner with Marketing on new product launches, customer events, and training initiatives.

  • Conduct training programs for EP Technicians and healthcare professionals.

  • Develop and engage clinical advocates, proctors, and key opinion leaders within focus segments.

  • Collaborate with the Regional Clinical Education Manager to execute professional and commercial education activities.

  • Support launch readiness and post-launch adoption initiatives in partnership with the direct manager.

  • Ensure the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, quality, and compliance in accordance with J&J policies and the Global Code of Business Conduct.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biomedical Science, or a related healthcare discipline.

  • Proven experience as an Electrophysiology (EP) Technician or in a clinical EP environment.

  • CEPIA (Australia) and/or IBHRE certification is advantageous.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Electrophysiology, Cardiology, or a related clinical healthcare setting preferred.

  • Strong clinical knowledge with the ability to support complex cardiac mapping procedures.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Demonstrated resilience, adaptability, attention to detail, and a strong learning mindset.

  • Collaborative team player with the ability to build effective relationships across diverse stakeholders.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage irregular working hours, including weekends when required.
