Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Client Executive to join our Media team. This role focuses on managing key client relationships, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring the seamless delivery of integrated media solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day client communications, campaign execution, and contributing to the growth of client accounts. This role plays a key part in strengthening long-term partnerships, ensuring high-quality delivery, and supporting clients' commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Campaign Management

  • Work closely with your line manager to understand clients' business objectives and media planning requirements.

  • Support the day-to-day execution of media campaigns.

  • Implement, optimize, and upload client campaigns while supervising junior team members where required.

  • Liaise with media vendors and third-party representatives to maintain strong relationships and stay informed of new features and beta opportunities.

  • Ensure campaigns are set up and executed accurately based on approved media plans.

Performance & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance and pacing to ensure optimal delivery.

  • Interpret performance reports and provide actionable insights to achieve campaign objectives.

  • Generate campaign reports and manage pacing, QA, trafficking, and campaign tracking.

  • Deliver and maintain all reporting systems and templates, including media plans, interim reports, and final reports.

  • Manage post-campaign reporting and demonstrate the value delivered by media strategies.

Media Planning & Execution

  • Develop, deliver, and maintain digital media plans based on a strong understanding of client goals and objectives.

  • Work closely with Ad Operations, Ad Trafficking, Site Tagging, and Campaign Tagging teams.

  • For self-service platforms, ensure campaigns are implemented and optimized accurately.

  • For managed-service media, brief third-party partners accurately and follow up on execution in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Social Media, Media Planning, or a related field (agency internship experience will also be considered).

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Excellent report-writing and presentation abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, databases, and spreadsheet management.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

  • Proactive mindset with a passion for learning and continuous self-development.

  • Strong team player with a collaborative attitude.

  • Ability to support fast-paced Singapore-based clients while proactively communicating and solving problems.

  • Resilient and adaptable when faced with challenging situations.
