Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record in acquiring new logos and driving revenue growth. This role requires a hunter mindset, with the ability to engage enterprise clients, manage the full sales cycle, and close strategic deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.
  • Drive new logo acquisition through proactive outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic pipeline development.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal presentation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Engage C-level and senior stakeholders within enterprise organizations to understand business needs and position appropriate SaaS solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and key decision-makers.
  • Own and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting through CRM tools.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure successful client onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS or technology solutions industry.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new logos and closing new business deals.
  • Experience selling to or managing enterprise-level accounts.
  • Strong ability to manage the end-to-end sales cycle independently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a hunter mentality.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions to mid-market or enterprise clients is highly preferred.
