Supports enterprise workplace technology projects from planning through deployment and handover. Responsibilities include configuring meeting-room AV, digital signage, unified communications, collaboration tools, and end-user devices; performing installation, testing, commissioning, and UAT; coordinating customers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams; monitoring schedules and risks; troubleshooting implementation issues; preparing technical documentation; and providing post-implementation warranty support.

Manage procurement, supplier sourcing, purchase orders, inventory control, shipment coordination, customs documentation, and logistics performance. The role negotiates pricing and delivery terms, monitors orders and inventory, maintains ERP records, supports demand forecasting, resolves delivery issues, ensures shipping compliance, and prepares purchasing and logistics reports. It also supports audits, supplier KPI monitoring, and process improvement initiatives.

The Sales Account Manager will manage B2B client relationships, drive account growth, handle contracts and tender processes, and ensure client satisfaction.

Drive new B2B sales by prospecting, building client relationships, qualifying needs, presenting SaaS solutions, managing the sales pipeline, negotiating and closing deals, and coordinating onboarding with internal teams while maintaining CRM records and market awareness.
