Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business & Data Analyst to drive the successful enablement of an Artificial Intelligence Program. This hybrid role combines analytical rigor with project leadership, ensuring seamless integration of AI solutions, process optimization, and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate workshops and cross-functional meetings to gather business requirements and define solution approaches.
- Analyze current business processes to identify AI integration opportunities.
- Collaborate with business sponsors, product managers, data scientist, technology partners to realize business needs into actual solution.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and validate AI model readiness.
- Familiar with Associative data modeling, predictive & text analytics, classification, data exploration, summarization.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to develop use case benefits explanation, business requirement documents (BRDs), process maps, data dictionaries, client journey, user stories..etc
- Mentor and manage junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Collect, cleanse, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Derive actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and AI model development.
- Collaborate with data scientists and IT teams to ensure data readiness and integration.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Prepare and present status updates, dashboards, and executive summaries to stakeholders.
- Provide thought leadership and innovative strategy for wholesale banking ( across Payments, Trade, Credit Management and Operational Productivity )
