Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to be responsible and accountable for:
- Partner with key customers to gather various types of requirements (high-level & detailed) via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, use cases, scenarios, and other methods. For example: Collaborate with key partners across LSEG to gather metrics & analytics requirements via workshops
- Translate requirements into functional and non-functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to LSEG customers (developers, testers, project team, sponsors)
- With gathered requirements establish scope and translate into deliverables for assigned projects
- Work with customers and project team to prioritize and implement the collected requirements
- Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; redefine as necessary; maintain clear version control
- The role also entails analysis with a specific focus on data analysis. For example: Supporting the function in their Critical Data Element work – including liaising with business customers to identify and gather relevant information in support of the CDE program, including key metrics/data to monitor impact

Working Experience
- At least 7-8 years related work experience working as Business Analyst
- Shown experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modelling, and verification
- Shown experience working with data, metrics and dashboards.
- Working knowledge of Windows office systems and demonstrated advanced level skills for PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word. (Visio is a plus)
- Working knowledge tools like PowerBI, Asana, & Tableau
- Financial Services industry experience a plus
Education
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Management, or Finance
- Business Analyst Certification in an accredited program (i.e. IIBA, ABAC, CCBA)
