Lead creative direction for brand identity, design digital products, bridge marketing and aesthetics, and manage project timelines while maintaining quality standards.
We are seeking a visionary Senior Designer to become the guardian and architect of our brand’s visual soul. This is a high-impact role for a creative powerhouse who lives and breathes Brand Identity, someone who understands that a brand is more than just a logo; it’s a living, breathing ecosystem.
While your core mastery lies in storytelling and brand systems, you possess the technical depth to translate those identities into seamless digital worlds. You aren’t just "making things pretty"—you are building a cohesive visual language that resonates across every touchpoint, from the first marketing impression to the final user interaction.
Location: RemoteEngagement: Part-Time (20 hrs/week) → Potential to scale to Full-Time
Schedule: Flexible, with overlap in CET
Monthly Budget: Depending on level of experienceWhat You’ll Do
- Lead the creative direction from concept to execution. You will develop and evolve comprehensive brand identity systems, style guides, and visual frameworks that ensure we are unmistakable in the market.
- Design high-impact landing pages, funnels, and digital products where the brand identity leads the user journey. You’ll ensure that UI/UX decisions feel like a natural extension of the brand's DNA.
- Bridge the gap between marketing goals and high-end aesthetics. You’ll create campaign creatives and digital assets that don't just look good—they convert.
- Build and maintain scalable design libraries. Whether it’s a social media template or a web component, you ensure every pixel is "on-brand."
- Present concepts to leadership, defending the strategic intent behind your visual choices and how they solve business challenges.
- 5+ years of experience with a primary focus on Brand Design and Creative Direction. You have a portfolio that showcases deep thinking in typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- While Brand is your lead, it is best if you are proficient in UI/UX. You can navigate Figma to build intuitive interfaces and understand user flow and information architecture.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) for brand work and Figma for digital product work.
- Experience in performance-driven marketing. You know how to balance "beautiful" with "functional" to drive user behavior.
- Ability to manage projects end-to-end, setting timelines and expectations while maintaining a high bar for quality.
- Experience with motion design (After Effects).
- Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML/CSS basics).
- Exposure to AI-assisted design tools or automated design workflows.
