The Senior BI Analyst will lead analytics and reporting development, maintain the analytics platform, and enhance the analytics experience across teams through collaboration and dashboard delivery.
- Lead the analytics and reporting development, across requirement collection, dashboard prototype, development, data quality and release.
- Collaborate and build cross-functional relationships with Data Engineering, Data Science, Software Engineering, Product Manager, to make sure dashboard deliver insights with accuracy, flexibility and effectiveness
- Maintain and manage the analytics platform, from user permissions and administration, to report release workflow
- Improve the analytics experience within the organization, by proactively enabling functional teams with self-serve analytics, and assisting data enquiry
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree holder, preferably from business or related disciplines
- At least 3+ years related experience in data analytics and business intelligence
- Track record of delivering dashboards with Tableau and Looker Studio
- Knowledge in SQL, GA4 is a must
- Domain experience in the digital marketing, e-commerce, CRM, MarTech or AdTech fields is strongly desired
- Flexible and able to work in a dynamic environment and manage your own time and in a high-paced work environment and tight timeline
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
