What the Role Entails

We are chartered to lead the Overseas IT strategy, architecture, roadmap, and execution. Our top aspirations are to satisfy our internal/external customers and become a world-class global IT team.

  • Design and build scalable, high-availability backend systems using modern technologies (e.g. Node.js/Python/Go)
  • Develop robust APIs (REST/gRPC) and integrate with databases (SQL/NoSQL), caching systems (Redis/Memcached), and message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
  • Optimize system performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and implement security best practices
  • Collaborate with frontend engineers and product managers to define technical requirements
  • Lead architectural decisions and advocate for microservices/containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

Who We Look For

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or 5+ years of backend development experience
  • Proficiency in at least one backend language (Nodejs/nestjs Python/Django, Go, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of distributed systems, database sharding, and cloud platforms
  • Experience with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Prometheus/Grafana)
  • Strong knowledge of unit/integration testing frameworks (JUnit/pytest)

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda/Cloud Functions)
  • Experience with real-time data processing or machine learning pipelines
