Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Transfer Pricing Associate Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of Traveloka’s international tax team, the Transfer Pricing Associate Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support our global transfer pricing strategy. 

Responsibilities:

As a Transfer Pricing Associate Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and implementing our transfer pricing strategies, ensuring compliance with international regulations and optimizing the tax position of the company. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Documentation and Compliance: Oversee the transfer pricing documentation process to meet the compliance requirements in multiple jurisdictions. Stay up to date with regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.

  • Operational transfer pricing: Assist in the operational transfer pricing process, ensuring accurate and timely booking of intercompany amounts.  

  • Risk Assessment: Assess transfer pricing risk by conducting detailed financial analyses, and develop strategies to mitigate potential exposures. 

  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to integrate transfer pricing considerations and provide guidance on transfer pricing implications of various business initiatives.

  • Audit Support: Assist with any transfer pricing audits or queries by gathering the required data and supporting documentation to substantiate our positions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field with 4+ years of relevant working experience 

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Proven ability and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.  

  • Experience with Excel. Familiarity with automation, data visualization tools, and ERP systems is a plus.
