Senior Assistant Manager (Finance Planning and Analysis)

Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, pricing, margin reviews, governance, controls, compliance, KPI reporting, and policy impact assessments for NTU PACE. Provide management insights, support continuous improvement, and oversee finance staff.
Responsibilities
- Manage financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for NTU Academy for Professional and Continuing Education (PACE).
- Drive financial analysis, performance evaluation, pricing and margin review.
- Oversee finance governance and financial controls for PACE.
- Perform policy impact assessments and communicate implications of policy/system changes.
- Ensure compliance with financial, regulatory and audit requirements.
- Provide insightful KPI and performance reporting for management.
- Support continuous improvement and provide oversight to finance staff.
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent professional qualifications.
- Chartered Accountant with at least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
- Highly adaptable, good time management skills & problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate outstanding working relation management.
- Advantageous to know SAP, Ariba, Denodo, Workday, PowerBI.
