Senior Architect – AI Engineering

What you’ll achieve
You will lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI systems across our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of machine learning, cloud infrastructure, model lifecycle management, and enterprise-grade AI system design.
You Will:
Design and build end-to-end machine learning pipelines, from data ingestion to production deployment.
Guide the adoption of best practices for AI development, testing, deployment, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and industry regulations
Guide the development and deployment of machine learning models into production environments using modern MLOps practices.
Optimize model performance and infrastructure for scale, cost, and latency.
Evaluate new AI tools and frameworks and contribute to technical decision-making and roadmap planning.
Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field; a Ph.D. is a plus
5+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years focused on AI/ML projects in production environments.
Proven experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and APIs.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with AI frameworks like HuggingFace, LlamaIndex, Langchain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
Desirable Requirements
Familiarity with LLMs, GenAI, or RAG architectures.
Experience with distributed training or data processing (e.g., Spark, Dask).
Exposure to AI ethics, model fairness, or responsible AI practices.
