As a Sr. Analyst – Manufacturing Finance, you support Manufacturing FP&A processes—forecasting, tracking actuals, and delivering variance analysis and management reporting—while serving as a finance business partner to manufacturing support teams (e.g., Corporate Quality, Environmental Health, Industrial Engineering, etc.).  The role requires a highly analytical and inquisitive mindset, with strong attention to detail, to identify drivers, challenge assumptions and support decision-making

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with functional leaders to deliver monthly forecasting, actuals reporting, and variance analysis; proactively surface risks/opportunities and recommend actions
  • Maintain worldwide data integrity and KPI performance tracking; investigate anomalies, apply structured root-cause analysis and ensure key drivers are clearly understood and communicated
  • Develop and manage the planning and close calendars across the BU and fabs globally to ensure disciplined, on-time FP&A deliverables
  • Own monthly financial reporting to Executives, translating complex data into clear insights, key drivers, and actionable recommendations
  • Track productivity and efficiency metrics with strong attention to detail; validate data sources and continuously improve measurement methodologies
  • Drive savings initiatives with Operations through rigorous analysis, hypothesis-driven inquiry and disciplined root-cause problem solving
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and executive-ready materials; synthesize information rapidly, frame the right questions, reconcile inputs across datasets and ensure accuracy in all deliverables

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs

Required Qualification:

  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting / business / finance
  • Around 5 years of experience in FP&A (forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and management reporting)
  • Demonstrated business partnering capability, including relationship building, constructive challenge and influencing key stakeholders
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies (e.g. Coordinates stakeholders across time zones in a matrix setting, enabling decisions in virtual forums and influencing outcomes without direct authority
  • Demonstrates intellectual curiosity, asks incisive questions and applies critical thinking to identify underlying business drivers
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy; consistently delivers high-quality, audit-ready outputs
  • Strong understanding and proficiency of financial planning systems and tools (SAP, Oracle Microsoft Office suite)
  • Strong written English communication with the ability to tell a clear financial story to different audiences
