Job Description

You will be supporting the Investment team of CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management Limited (CLARML) and report to Head, Investment of CLARML.

Responsibilities

  • Support business development efforts for real estate investment and development opportunities
  • Assist in preparation of investment proposals and deal execution process including due diligence, structuring, negotiating, legal documentation, etc
  • Carry out financial modelling and feasibility studies for investments
  • Assist in analysing investment performance at asset level and at portfolio level
  • Conduct market research and maintain market database to keep abreast of updated information and new trends

Requirements

  • Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Analytical, resourceful and good communication skills
  • Strong in financial modelling and investment feasibility studies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Industry knowledge and/or CFA qualification will be an added advantage
