Job Description
Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed analysis of fraud and chargeback patterns for all BINs under Checkout’s global portfolio.
Support development and implementation of fraud risk management strategies and solutions.
Continuous assessment of scheme monitoring programs (e.g. VAMP, EFM, ECM) and their impact on Checkout’s merchant portfolio.
Provide oversight of First Line of Defence (FLOD) risk monitoring operations.
Apply industry-specific knowledge to enhance fraud risk detection and prevention mechanisms.
Work closely with internal teams, including risk monitoring, compliance, legal and operations to align fraud risk strategies.
Assess regional risk exposure and report findings to senior management.
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar or related role.
Solid understanding of Card Scheme monitoring programs.
Experience building Looker dashboards and querying large datasets with SQL.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proven track record of managing complex projects and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Well organized self-starter, able to prioritize quickly and meet deadlines even under pressure.
