Job Summary: ADI is seeking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join our finance team located in Singapore. The successful candidate will be part of the Southeast Asia Finance team that will work directly with the Singapore Senior Leadership Team as Finance Business Partner. The Finance Business Partner supports the Singapore Senior Leadership Team by providing meaningful insights and analysis that will help them in understanding financial situations, identifying opportunities and risks and making sound business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Finance Business Partner to the Singapore Management Team, provide analysis and deliver insight that links financial reports to business strategies.
  • Lead financial forecasting, budgeting and periodic spend reporting;
  • Provide regular finance business updates to Singapore team to continuously help improve the company’s cost effectiveness.
  • Perform scenario analysis (cost savings impact, capital investments considerations, ROI analysis, etc);
  • Develop resolutions to complex problems  requiring in-depth analysis and evaluation of variable factors;
  • NPI financial performance measurement.
  • Review and analyze current processes to identify and execute process improvements;
  • Perform ad hoc business partnering and controlling tasks.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. CPA/MBA is a plus;
  • Preferrably with more than 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis - in a semicon industry is a plus;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, S4 HANA, Power BI and/or related financial systems – background on RPA/AI is a plus;
  • Strong presentation, communication and collaboration skills to interact positively across all levels of the organization;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, having the ability to listen, interpret, influence, negotiate, inspire and challenge;
  • Ability to work with minimal direction, often taking a lead role in problem resolution;
  • Demonstrate strong decision making & problem solving skills for functional/org level issues;
  • Excellent project manager and creative thinker, having the ability to anticipate changes and directs or redirects efforts when needed;
  • Ability to challenge status quo; comfortable in proposing, justifying and executing improvements in processes.
