The Senior Account Manager will lead the service and operational execution for our Industrial Water division in Singapore. This role is designed for a high-potential leader who will oversee a team of Service Engineers and Sales Representatives. Your goal is to elevate service delivery standards, drive team competency, and ensure operational excellence across waste water and facility water systems in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Leadership & Service Excellence

  • Oversee the daily operations of the service team, including chemical top-ups, system troubleshooting, and regular site maintenance.

  • Manage the allocation of site servicing loads and ensure 100% contract fulfillment.

  • Act as the technical escalation point for on-site situations and complex troubleshooting (pumps, dosing systems, and filtration).

  • Manage inventory and spare parts stock to ensure zero downtime for client maintenance.

2. Team Development & Competency Training

  • Audit and elevate the technical competencies of the service team.

  • Implement structured "Knowledge Sharing" sessions and team engagement activities.

  • Mentor and monitor 2–3 Sales Representatives, ensuring they remain on track with their P&Ls and professional development (SIP/Sales training).

3. Strategic Management

  • Support the Area Manager in regional forecasting and meeting Business Objectives (BOP).

  • Drive the adoption of innovation and digital tools for better water quality monitoring and reporting.

  • Maintain a "District Manager" mindset, looking for ways to improve operational efficiency and cost-savings for the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering.

  • 5 years in Water Treatment Operations, Facility Water Management, or Wastewater Management.

  • Deep understanding of water chemistry, industrial waste water systems, pumps, and dosing equipment.

  • Candidates from Oil & Gas, Chemicals, or Power Plants are highly preferred.

  • Proven experience managing teams of technicians or engineers.

  • Must possess a valid Class 3 license and/or own/lease a vehicle (or be able to arrange one upon joining).
