We are looking for a driven and strategic Senior Account Manager to lead the day-to-day management of key client relationships and integrated campaigns across creative, brand, social, platforms, and web.
As a Senior Account Manager, you are the orchestrator — translating business challenges into creative opportunities and ensuring that every brief, idea, and execution is aligned with our clients’ ambitions and the agency’s standards of excellence.
You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, build trusted client partnerships, and bring together strategy, creativity, and craft to deliver impactful, insight-driven work. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, is detail-oriented, and has the confidence and curiosity to navigate complex marketing ecosystems.
Responsibilities:Client Partnership & Business Leadership
- Act as the strategic partner and day-to-day lead for key clients, nurturing long-term relationships built on trust and results.
- Deeply understand each client’s brand, category, and competitive landscape; proactively identifying growth opportunities.
- Lead the development of integrated marketing and communication plans that connect brand, digital, social, web and experiential.
- Partner with senior leadership to shape client strategy, scope new opportunities, and ensure commercial growth.
Project & Campaign Management
- Manage end-to-end campaign delivery from briefing and creative development to production and post-campaign analysis across digital, content, paid media, web and app.
- Brief, communicate, and negotiate objectives, tasks, deliverables, and deadlines with both external and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, creative, digital, web and media) to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Track campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to optimise results.
- Guide teams to develop proposals, including marketing and communication strategies, creative concepts, budgets, and timelines
- Ensure the timely delivery of projects end-to-end, on budget, and meeting the quality excellence expected by both the Agency and the client
- Establish and manage processes, roles, responsibilities, and tools between the Agency and clients to ensure effective and efficient workflows
- Manage commercial activities, such as developing accurate quotes, documenting commercial communications (including sign-offs and closures), ensuring timely invoicing and payments, updating finance trackers/tools, and assisting in profitability analysis
Strategic & Creative Collaboration
- Translate client goals into clear creative briefs and inspire teams to deliver exceptional work that’s both beautiful and effective.
- Partner closely with strategists to bring consumer, category, and cultural insights into every conversation.
- Push for brave ideas that challenge convention, while ensuring relevance and alignment with brand strategy.
- Review creative, web UIUX and app work and contribute constructively with the client’s voice and business lens in mind.
- Think strategically and act as a gatekeeper to ensure the work aligns with the client’s business objectivesLead and facilitate after-action reviews and analysis to drive continuous learning and improvement.
Team Leadership & Development
- Mentor Account Executives and Managers leading by example in communication, client handling, and creative partnership.
- Foster collaboration, curiosity, and accountability across teams.
Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, balancing client needs with creative and operational integrity.
Account Growth & Commercial Success
- Work with senior leadership to develop account growth strategies and expand client relationships.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and KPIs, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable business impact.
- At least 6 years of experience in account management within a creative, digital, or integrated agency.
- Strong understanding of digital, social media, web/platform design and advertising jargon and technology, with a keen interest in emerging technologies and how they can address modern challenges
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-channel campaigns from brand storytelling to web to digital and social activation.
- Deep understanding of integrated marketing, brand strategy, and creative development processes.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Excellent time and resource management skills- highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive in identifying opportunities, taking initiative, and seeing them through
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues at all levels and across various disciplines
- Exceptional relationship management capabilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mediation skills
- Comfortable analysing campaign performance and data, presenting findings and insight to clients.
- Strong problem-solving orientation
- Confident in liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in Google Suite and presentation tools, with a willingness to learn new software/tools and AI for day-to-day tasks
- Proficiency in additional Southeast Asian languages is an advantage
- Regional experience or exposure to multi-market campaign management.
- Experience managing influencer or social-first campaigns alongside brand storytelling.
- A point of view on the evolving role of creativity in the modern marketing ecosystem.
