About the Job

As a Business Growth /Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing a portfolio of enterprise merchants for Unlimit’s acquiring business across APAC.

This is a hunting and farming role, combining new business acquisition with long-term account growth.

You will identify and engage enterprise merchants, manage complex sales cycles, drive successful onboarding and launch, and continuously develop strategic relationships to maximize business growth.

You will take end-to-end ownership of merchant relationships, working closely with merchants and internal teams to optimize performance, identify growth opportunities, expand the adoption of Unlimit solutions, and deliver a best-in-class client experience.

You will report to Unlimit’s Head of APAC Account Management.

What You’ll Do:

    • Acquire new enterprise merchants by identifying opportunities, building relationships, managing sales cycles, and closing deals

    • Manage and grow strategic merchant accounts throughout the full client lifecycle, from onboarding and integration to ongoing optimization and expansion

    • Develop strong relationships with key merchants and become a trusted business partner, understanding their challenges and providing tailored payment solutions

    • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities by identifying business growth areas and increasing adoption of Unlimit’s payment solutions

    • Analyze merchant performance data, monitor key business metrics, and provide insights and recommendations to improve transaction performance and revenue growth

    • Collaborate closely with product, operations, risk, compliance, and technical teams to ensure successful merchant experience and continuous improvement

    • Manage multiple priorities and stakeholders while delivering results in a fast-paced and evolving environment

    • Represent Unlimit as a strategic partner, bringing ownership, professionalism, and commercial mindset to every client interaction.

Who You Are:

    • Payments experience: minimum 5 years of experience in the payments industry, with strong knowledge of acquiring, merchant services, payment solutions, or payment partnerships

    • Enterprise sales experience: proven experience managing complex sales cycles with enterprise merchants, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing

    • Account growth mindset: demonstrated ability to not only acquire clients but also grow existing accounts through strategic relationship management and solution expansion

    • Commercially driven: comfortable owning revenue growth opportunities, including new business acquisition, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives

    • Analytical mindset: able to understand transaction data, identify growth opportunities, and translate insights into actionable business strategies

    • Client-focused: strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders

    • Self-starter: proactive, resilient, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

    • Collaborative and positive: works effectively across teams and contributes to a high-performance culture.
