The Role:
The Project Manager works closely and supports the Client Producer in localising Segment Marketing content for the local market, oversee and project manage campaign work done by Hogarth creative and production teams, and support the Client in the management of projects and channel partners.
This person will mostly work from Hogarth office, and will be expected to go into the Client’s office occasionally (eg. once a week) for close collaboration with the Client.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Client in
- Management of projects with channel partners
- distribution of assets to channel partners
- track whether they have downloaded the assets
- BBM will collate reports of assets usage from partners
- TH / VN / MY / VN reseller
- create usage guidelines
- Support the Client on any misc project management requests
- such as localisation of images from photo library
- compilation of feedback on EDU website reviews / user flow
Key stakeholders this person will work with:
- Regional Marketing Team based in SEA
- Supporting staff / creative team in Hogarth including freelancers
Requirements
- A minimum of 4+ year experience in project management and/or account manager working on campaigns and projects
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and multiple projects at any one time
- General knowledge and understanding of production and localization process; such as creative development, translation, image reproduction, video editing
- Able to use work tools such as Quip, Keynote, MSOffice (Word, PowerPoint)
- Able to work independently and be proactive
- Accuracy, excellent memory and an eye for detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, creative, and production environment
