Job Description

  • Responsible for project management and implementation of security measures in accordance with security plans of projects
  • Lead the process of designing and developing cost effective and appropriate security solutions for existing and new buildings/ infrastructures
  • Collaborate with Security (Planning) and Blast Consultants to develop security system/ measures layout from conceptual to detailed design level for large-scale security projects
  • Work with system/ equipment vendors, multidisciplinary consultants, contractors to design, develop and implement security systems for infrastructures/ projects
  • Responsible for developing budgetary estimates for security systems/ measures for large-scale projects
  • Support tendering/ bidding process when required

 

    Qualifications

    • A degree in electrical/ electronic engineering or equivalent
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant fields
    • Qualification of Competent Person (Security) is an advantage
    • Good project management skill is critical
    • Good knowledge in latest security technologies, systems and measures is critical
    • Possess good network/ outreach to various solution houses, suppliers, system integrators
    • Efficiency in 2D/ 3D drawing is important
    • Good report writing, interpersonal and communication skills are assets to the applicants
    • Able to perform effectively under pressure and tight timelines
    • Fluency/ proficiency in both English and Chinese language is an advantage
    • Applicants without a relevant degree but possess good relevant experience will also be considered
