Job DescriptionWise is looking for a Security GRC Analyst to join our Security team in Singapore.
As Wise becomes ever more integrated into financial systems around the globe, our focus towards security governance, risk management, and compliance with our regulators, partners and regional stakeholders remains a top priority for Wise's sustainable growth.
Here’s how you’ll be contributing to the team:
Helping Wise scale by collaborating with Security, IT, Compliance and Product teams to respond to Partner and Regulator assessments at regional and Group level.
Performing risk and control assessments against regulatory requirements on a regional and Group level.
Keeping team current regional regulatory changes, and maintaining regulatory engagement calendar.
Providing input into our annual certification audits (e.g. ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC 1 & 2).
Liaising with teams across Wise (e.g. Product, Technology, Privacy, Legal) to provide SME guidance on our security policies, standards and practices.
Acting as a Security contact point for stakeholders in APAC region.
Supporting ongoing evolution of our Security GRC program.
Is this you?
- You will be collaborating with stakeholders within, and external to Wise so clear and concise communications are important, as is the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to varied audiences
You have hands-on experience of security governance, risk management and compliance, gained in an operational role.
You have experience of cloud technology from working in cloud-native or hybrid environments.

Must haves:
You're located and legally authorised to work in Singapore and do not require visa sponsorship.
Passionate about Information Security
Experience of working in Security GRC or Technology Compliance roles, with a good understanding of audit and external assurance processes
Working knowledge of an industry security standard such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS etc.
Demonstrable understanding of the APAC Financial Services regulatory landscape and requirements
Knowledge of, and experience in Risk Management
Experience with GRC tools, audit management software, and security assessment tools.
Experience of working in cloud-native or hybrid environments
Bonus skills / experience:
Experience of using AI and automation to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes
Experience in security training and awareness
Knowledge of PCI-DSS v4.0 is a significant advantage
Experience of working in a globally distributed team is desirable
Relevant Information Security certifications
Salary Range: SGD $112,200 - $148,800 (+ RSUs)
