Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Wafer Probe Engineering Leader to drive manufacturing excellence and team performance in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.
This role is responsible for leading probe operations, equipment performance, and engineering optimization, while fostering a data-driven and ownership-oriented culture aligned with a US-based management style.
This role offers an opportunity to build and define next-generation wafer probing operations in a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage wafer probe engineering team to achieve quality, output, and cycle time targets
  • Drive probe card, tester, and prober equipment performance optimization (OEE, UPH, yield)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Process, Yield, Product, Equipment) to resolve excursion and yield issues
  • Establish and improve standard operating procedures (SOP) and best practices
  • Develop engineering talent and leadership pipeline
  • Implement data-driven decision making and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure alignment with global standards and US management expectations (accountability, transparency, speed)

Must Have
  • 8+ years in semiconductor industry, with hands-on experience in wafer probe / wafer test
  • Proven experience in ATE tester (e.g. Teradyne / Advantest) or prober equipment
  • At least 2-3 years in team leadership / supervisor / section manager role
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Yield analysis
    • Probe card behavior
    • Wafer test flow & excursion handling
  • Ability to communicate in English (working proficiency)

Preferred
  • Experience in DRAM / memory testing
  • Familiar with high-volume manufacturing environment
  • Experience working in or with US-based companies or global teams
  • Strong mindset in:
