Section Head, Product, Business Support & Operations (1 Year Contract)

About the Role

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Section Head, Product, Business Support & Operations (1 Year Contract) to join our Fund Management Operations team at RHB Banking Group. This is a 1-year contract role involving overseeing end-to-end operational processes across fund structures, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic business initiatives.

What you will be doing

Manage operations including transfer agency, trade support, settlements, reconciliations, and corporate actions

Review NAVs and support audits for Unit Trusts and Private Equity Funds

Coordinate new fund launches and setup of investment vehicles

Perform AML/CFT and KYC due diligence for onboarding

Support FATCA and CRS compliance activities

Act as BCP Coordinator and assist with cross-functional business support

Contribute to middle office coverage and ad-hoc strategic projects

What we're looking for

Strong understanding of fund operations and regulatory frameworks

Experience in audit coordination and compliance reporting

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple jurisdictions and stakeholders effectively
