The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

The Senior Talent Advisor, Southeast Asia & Australia/New Zealand, is responsible for leading end-to-end talent acquisition activities across designated markets and business functions within the region. This role serves as a strategic Talent Advisor to business leaders, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and regional stakeholders, ensuring the attraction, assessment, and hiring of high-caliber talent to support Solventum's growth strategy.

The successful candidate will combine strong recruiting execution with market intelligence, talent consulting, workforce planning support, direct sourcing capability, and stakeholder influence to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes and candidate experiences. The role will also contribute to regional Talent Acquisition initiatives, process improvement, diversity hiring efforts, employer branding activities, and capability-building programs.

Strategic Talent Advisory

  • Act as a trusted Talent Advisor to business leaders, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers across SEA & ANZ.
  • Consult with leaders on workforce planning, talent availability, organizational design implications, and hiring strategies.
  • Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, talent trends, and compensation observations to support business decision-making.
  • Influence hiring decisions through data-driven recommendations and recruitment expertise.

End-to-End Recruitment Delivery

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment activities from intake strategy, sourcing, assessment, offer management, and onboarding support.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of positions ranging from corporate funcitons, commercial, supply chain, technical, and leadership-level hiring.
  • Develop proactive sourcing and talent pipelining strategies for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Drive a high-quality and compliant recruitment process aligned with Solventum policies and local labor market requirements.
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely decision-making and effective candidate management.

Candidate Experience & Employer Brand

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Promote Solventum’s Employee Value Proposition and employer brand through every candidate interaction.
  • Support regional employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Solventum in the external talent marketplace.

Stakeholder & Business Partnership

  • Develop strong partnerships with leaders across functions including commercial, corporate, manufacturing, R&D, marketing, and support functions.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, TA Operations, and Global TA colleagues.
  • Build credibility with senior stakeholders through responsiveness, business acumen, and recruiting expertise.
  • Facilitate effective hiring practices and educate stakeholders on recruitment processes and market realities.

Direct Sourcing & Talent Mapping

  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, talent mapping, networking, and market research to identify top talent.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for strategic and recurring hiring needs.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and talent communities to drive direct hiring outcomes.
  • Reduce dependency on external agencies through effective direct sourcing strategies.

Talent Acquisition Excellence

  • Drive continuous improvement in quality of hire, speed of hiring, candidate experience, and process effectiveness.
  • Support implementation of global and regional TA initiatives, tools, technologies, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment governance, audit requirements, employment regulations, and company policies.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring outcomes.

Regional & Global Project Support

  • Participate in APAC and global Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives.
  • Contribute to recruiting capability development, hiring manager education, and talent advisory excellence.
  • Support diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives within recruiting activities.
  • Share market insights and best practices with the broader Talent Acquisition team.

Your Skills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 10+years of full-cycle recruiting experience, either in-house, agency, or a hybrid environment.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting across multiple business functions and countries.
  • Experience managing complex, hard-to-fill, and leadership-level searches.
  • Strong experience in direct sourcing, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted partnerships with business leaders.

Preferred

  • Experience recruiting within Medical Technology, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Industrial, Manufacturing, Technology, or other complex multinational environments.
  • Experience supporting regional or multi-country recruitment across APAC.
  • Working knowledge of recruiting technologies, Workday ATS platforms, and talent intelligence tools.
  • Experience participating in regional or global Talent Acquisition projects.
