- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support Agile teams in following Scrum practices and removing impediments.
- Assist in tracking sprint progress, team velocity, and backlog health.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and team empowerment.
- Help maintain project documentation, timelines, and deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience in managing or contributing to academic or extracurricular projects.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Participation in data analytics-related internships, innovation programs, or competitions (e.g., hackathons, case challenges).
- Experience leading or coordinating university projects using Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) is a plus but not required.
