- Champion Scrum ceremonies to keep teams energized and productive.

- Proactively remove barriers while promoting Agile values and driving continuous improvement.
- Align with other Scrum Masters to ensure Agile practices are seamless across Takeda.
Project Portfolio Management & Governance
- Oversee and govern the DD&T project portfolio, driving strategic alignment.
- Define and track clear KPIs while reporting without fluff.
- Monitor project progression and prioritize resources effectively in collaboration with stakeholders from business and IT.
Project Management (Both Waterfall & Agile)
- Lead cross-functional game-changing projects from ideation to production.
- Draft, refine, and execute project roadmaps, milestones, budgets, and plans.
- Balance structure and flexibility to mitigate risks and implement contingency solutions effectively in living-changing categories desired!
Clear Communication & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Build trust through transparent communication with stakeholders.
- Ensure deliverables match your standards across consistency reStructured derived maps avoiding any-elimination equation!
What you bring to Takeda:
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Data, Mathematics expertise defining-built interpretation steering models-driven layer!
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or Scrum Master roles within IT, Data, or Digital environments.
- Relevant certifications: Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II), PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe).
- Experience Waterfall project management (PMBOK, Prince2, V-Model).
- Proficiency in project management tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, ServiceNow, Power BI.
- Proficiency in risk management and business continuity planning.
- Command of technology systems, IT infrastructure, and Agile methodologies
- Engage and align across organization while translating complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical language.
