What you bring to Takeda
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years in operations across production, quality, maintenance, or logistics.
- Proven expertise in system administration, technical management, and leadership roles.
- Strong experience with manufacturing systems such as Oracle, SAP, MES, or LIMS.
- Hands-on skills in automation, scripting, and digital product development.
- Knowledge of system architecture, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
- Vendor management expertise with strong business partnership and contract negotiation skills.
- Effective communicator, capable of collaborating with IT teams, business leaders, and external stakeholders.
- Fluency in French and English for global collaboration.
