Your Focus
As a Scent Design Trainee, you will be immersed in the world of perfumery, learning from experienced professionals while contributing to the development of innovative fragrance solutions across a variety of product categories.

How You Will Contribute

• Assist in the creation and modification of fragrance formulations under the guidance of senior scent designers and perfumers.
• Learn and apply knowledge of raw materials, olfactory families, and scent structures.
• Support the development of fragrance concepts aligned with brand identity, market trends, and consumer insights.
• Participate in sensory evaluations, internal testing, and fragrance stability studies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, R&D, and product development.
• Maintain accurate records of formulations, evaluations, and project progress.
• Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and the preparation of mood boards and presentations.

What You Will Need To Be Successful

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Perfumery, or a related field.
• Strong interest in fragrance, olfaction, and sensory experiences.
• Excellent sense of smell and ability to describe scents using olfactory vocabulary.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
