Where You’ll Make a Difference
· Establish and execute fragrance development strategies that fulfill customer expectations and ensure profitability.
· Provide creative direction and olfactive guidance to Perfumers to stimulate creativity and deliver winning fragrances.
· Drive the creative process and manage projects to meet deadlines and cost parameters.
· Leverage market knowledge, consumer insights, and fragrance trends to guide development.
· Apply sensory evaluation techniques and fragrance evaluation protocols to projects.
· Partner with marketing and consumer insights teams to integrate consumer preferences into fragrance strategies.
· Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, presenting fragrance rationale and market analysis.
What Makes You the Right Fit
· Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Fragrance, Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
· At least 3-6 years of fragrance industry and evaluation experience.
· Excellent olfactive expertise (selected candidates may need to complete an olfactory smelling test).
· Strong project management skills and ability to deliver in a fast-changing environment.
· Solid understanding of functional and technical capabilities, consumer needs, and market trends.
· Excellent influencing skills, business acumen, and customer relationship management.
· Ability to create compelling communication to drive strategy and motivate teams.
