Where You’ll Make a Difference

  • Provide creative direction and olfactive guidance to perfumers to stimulate creativity and deliver winning fragrances.

  • Drive the fragrance development process, managing projects to meet deadlines and cost parameters.

  • Establish and execute fragrance strategies that align with customer needs and organizational goals.

  • Apply sensory evaluation techniques and fragrance protocols to ensure quality and compliance.

  • Partner with marketing and consumer insights teams to integrate consumer preferences into fragrance strategies.

  • Leverage market knowledge, consumer insights, and fragrance trends to guide development and innovation.

  • Analyze current fragrance trends and evaluate competitor products to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, presenting fragrance rationale and market analysis.

  • Ensure compliance with global regulations and standards associated with fragrance development.

What Makes You the Right Fit
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Fragrance, Marketing, Business, or related discipline.

  • At least 2-6 years of fragrance industry and evaluation experience.

  • Excellent olfactive expertise (selected candidates may need to complete an olfactory smelling test).

  • Strong project management skills and ability to deliver in a fast-changing environment.

  • Solid understanding of functional and technical capabilities, consumer needs, and market trends.

  • Excellent influencing skills, business acumen, and customer relationship management.

  • Ability to create compelling communication to drive strategy and motivate teams.
