The SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant will lead end-to-end implementations, analyze business requirements, configure FICO modules, support UAT and engage stakeholders for project success.
We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant to join a high-impact project for in Singapore. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in Finance and Controlling with hands-on experience in S/4HANA (including Public Cloud) implementations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA FICO implementations
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Configure and customize SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center, Profit Center Accounting)
- Drive fit-gap analysis, solution design, and system configuration
- Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements, integrations, and data migration
- Support UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities
- Provide functional expertise in S/4HANA Public Cloud environments
- Engage with stakeholders to explain business rationale behind solutions, not just technical configurations
- Ensure adherence to best practices and project timelines
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP FICO (focused experience in FICO module)
- Proven experience in S/4HANA implementations (at least 1–2 end-to-end projects)
- Exposure to S/4HANA Public Cloud is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting
- Costing & Controlling
- Experience in rollouts, upgrades, and support projects
- Ability to work independently and within teams
