Provide procurement support, process requisitions and invoices, maintain data, ensure compliance, and manage stakeholder communication.
- To provide shared service procurement support for various teams within the organization.
- Work with various business functions such as Accounting, IT, Risk Management, Tax and others to support business operations.
- Track, review and process purchase requisitions and invoices.
- Collect and maintain data to provide weekly reports using data visualization tools.
- Review purchase requisition information for consistency and compliance.
- Analyze and reconcile mismatch invoice information.
- Validate invoices against contract documents or purchase orders.
- Respond, manage and close out queries from stakeholders and suppliers.
- Effective written and verbal communications skill.
- Independent worker with ability to engage with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Data analytics using data visualization tools PowerBI Desktop.
- Experience in SAP R3 MM Module and Agile methodologies.
