Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA data migration process.
- Define data migration requirements, strategy, and scope, including tool selection and migration methodologies.
- Coordinate data mapping, data cleansing, and transformation tasks.
- Plan and manage cutover activities, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Manage communication and coordination among project stakeholders, including Japan HQ and international offices.
- Prepare clear documentation and regular progress reports.
- Support business process reengineering (BPR) initiatives related to system changes.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing industry SAP system migration projects.
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA migration, especially with PP, SD, MM, and FI modules.
- Minimum 3 years of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) experience.
- Ability to document migration strategies using PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Good communication skills in both English and Japanese (in order to communicate effectively with Japanese speaking clients).
- Familiarity with mcframe, experience using ETL tools such as SAP Data Services or DataSpider and Knowledge of SAP BTP Integration Suite is a plus
