Design, configure, and support SAP HR/HCM processes (PA, OM, Time, Payroll). Translate business requirements into functional specs, support design/build/test/deploy lifecycle, troubleshoot issues, prepare documentation and training, participate in SIT/UAT, and provide post-implementation continuous improvement.
About the Role
Join Accenture as an SAP HR Functional Analyst and play a key role in designing and delivering HR technology solutions that drive business transformation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support, enhance, and optimize SAP HCM processes, enabling efficient workforce management and improved employee experience.
Key Responsibilities• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM functional specifications
• Configure and support SAP HR modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll (as applicable)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
• Support end-to-end project lifecycle activities including design, build, testing, and deployment
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
• Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and user training materials
• Participate in system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP HR / HCM functional consulting
• Hands-on experience in at least 2 SAP HR modules (e.g., PA, OM, Time, Payroll)
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and data structures
• Experience in SAP configuration and functional design documentation
• Familiarity with system integration and testing methodologies
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP HR / HCM functional consulting
• Hands-on experience in at least 2 SAP HR modules (e.g., PA, OM, Time, Payroll)
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and data structures
• Experience in SAP configuration and functional design documentation
• Familiarity with system integration and testing methodologies

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or hybrid SAP HR landscapes
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA HR or Employee Central
• Exposure to global or regional HR transformation projects

• Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment
