About the Team
The Enterprise Transformation (EX) team is the current SAP Partner of the Year for Singapore and also SAP’s Regional Strategic Partner.  The EX team is continuously looking to build its capabilities and competencies in line with SAP’s regional strategy and in working with our clients both old and new on their transformation journey.
Job Description: The candidate shall have experience managing complex SAP ERP implementation projects; shall have experience in supporting pre-sales. Able to communicate and CXO independently.
Responsibilities:

• Ability to manage full project lifecycle from presales through to delivery. 
• Acts as a subject matter expert for the team, answering questions and providing guidance to the team members
• Gathering and acting on market intelligence during the sales process. 
• You are to have hands-on and in-depth any SAP Functional knowledge.
• Ensuring that our clients’ SAP ERP systems are properly in function and helping their businesses working well
• Work on pre-sales independently.

Requirements:

• Must have more than 12 years of relevant experience in any SAP modules with 4 years project manager and presales experience in SAP ERP solutioning consulting environment.
• Proven experience in a senior SAP ERP role in a consulting environment will be highly advantageous.
• Mandarin language will be considered advantageous
• Strong background in any modules, e.g. FICO, HR, SD, MM, WM, PP, EWM, etc.
• Has experience in S/4HANA or cloud implementation
• Motivated to learn new technology
• Experience in developing interfaces with other SAP systems and other 3rd party systems
• Working in tight deadlines and short notice is very common
• Readiness to learn and deliver additional modules
• Must have experience in managing medium to large scale SAP ERP implementation projects.
• Must be equipped with any SAP modules (with certifications) and deep knowledge in any modules, e.g. FICO, HCM, SD, MM, WM, PP, EWM, etc.
• Must have experience in supporting pre-sales. Able to engage and manage customer CXO independently
• Must have experience in S/4HANA implementation
