The SAP Consultant-Testing will analyze SAP processes, develop test plans, perform testing, coordinate defect resolution, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Understand and analyze core SAP business processes to identify testing requirements.
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on business and functional specifications.
- Perform end-to-end functional, integration, and regression testing for SAP modules.
- Conduct testing across SAP GUI and Fiori applications to ensure consistent user experience.
- Execute data validation and reconciliation to maintain data integrity across systems.
- Log, track, and coordinate defect resolution with development and functional teams.
- Utilize test management tools such as HP ALM, Jira, or Azure DevOps (ADO) for test execution and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery within timelines.
- Participate in UAT support and provide testing documentation and sign-offs.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of SAP business processes across key modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI, CO, HR, etc.).
- Proficiency in test planning, scenario design, and test case creation.
- Experience in SAP GUI and Fiori-based application testing.
- Working knowledge of ALM, Jira, ADO, or other test management tools.
- Exposure to Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
