Role: SAP Consultant (SD Module)
Description:
• Provide global application maintenance service to users on company supported SAP Business Applications
• Provide global application maintenance support service to users via email and phone based on company methodologies, standard and tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents for SAP standard applications and company specific developments
• Serve as liaison among user and global application maintenance colleagues in other regions
• Write and maintain Help Desk documentation within the IT Service Management System, document resolutions for future reference (known error)
• Conduct testing of application changes, prepare test data and document test results
• Support in the development of training materials
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience
• In-depth knowledge of SAP-SD module. Knowledge of CRM and/or SSF Ticketing Tools will be an added advantage.
• Conversant with relevant knowledge of business processes
• Basic knowledge of ITIL best practices (IT infrastructure library)
