The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and implementing strategy and change management initiatives that drive success of S/4 HANA implementation. Strong change management skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders to drive transformation are essential qualities for this role.

Requirements:

  • At least 8-10 years of experience in strategy, transformation and organizational change management, preferably in top tier consulting companies.
  • Strong background in change management, project management, stakeholder management, change impacts assessment and training assessment, particularly in cross-functional teams through complex ERP transformations (preferably SAP, S/4 HANA)
  • Develop change management plan, identifying and managing change-related risks and issues
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest innovative solutions that enhance change initiatives' efficiency and effectiveness
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to design, deliver, and transition change initiatives successfully
  • Partner with client stakeholders in global and regional teams to develop business adoption plan and define adoption KPIs for complex changes which is tailored to clients' unique organizational cultures and environments
  • Create and review communications, messages, audiences and delivery channels.
  • Prepare and facilitate impact assessments, gap analyses, and business readiness alignment and assessment with business stakeholders
  • Conduct business readiness assessment, change impact assessment, stakeholder analysis and engagement, communications and training
  • Successful execution of training and practice sessions with key users.
  • Familiarity with established solutioning tools, processes, and methodologies of Change Management (e.g. Prosci)
  • Previous delivery experience and exposure in global and regional roll-out
