The Role.
As a tech lead at Zühlke, you will join an agile, cross-functional delivery team responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Salesforce-based digital solutions for enterprise clients. You will guide the technical direction of the team while remaining deeply hands‑on — designing solutions, writing high‑quality code, and ensuring strong engineering practices across the full development lifecycle.
You will act as both technical owner and engineering leader, responsible for design, development, integration, and quality assurance across a multi‑cloud Salesforce environment. You will collaborate closely with client stakeholders to understand business objectives, translate them into secure, maintainable designs, and deliver solutions aligned with regulations, interoperability requirements, and standards.
Your leadership balances architectural clarity with pragmatic engineering to ensure that the team is productive, aligned, and continuously improving.
What’s Important To Us.
- Hands-on Salesforce development experience using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components and Flows.
- Strong experience with Service Cloud and enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Proven ability to lead a development team and guide architectural decisions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform security, sharing models, and authentication patterns.
- Practical experience data flows and API integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
- Familiarity with engineering best practices for large-scale Salesforce implementations, including CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and knowledge retention.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders.
- Salesforce Platform Developer certification (or equivalent). Developer II or Architecture certifications are a bonus.
- Public sector experience (tech stack, policies, architecture standards) is appreciated.
