The Salesforce Project Manager will coordinate resources, manage project documentation, deliver solutions, and train stakeholders while improving expertise in Salesforce.
Responsibilities
Profile
- Capture, understand and analyze client user requirements and objectives
- Project manage resources and delivery of business implementation successfully
- Help project team with the design and development tasks including the integration of other systems
- Deliver and install technology solutions
- Manage all documentation (including technical, functional specifications, backlogs, user manuals, project support documents)
- Conduct training on implemented solution
- Foster partnership with customers, stakeholders, sponsors and 3rd party (outsourced team, software vendors)
- Coordinate releases and post Go-Live materials (e.g. training documentation, training sessions)
- Drive the support and maintenance of the application; at least organize the handover of his project to the support team
- Continually improve knowledge and expertise on Salesforce.com solutions
Profile
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent diploma
- Good tertiary qualifications in Management or Engineering with a strong IT affinity/background
- At least 5-8 years of relevant working experience as Project Manager
- Project Management and Team management experience
- Experience to work projects or accounts from a public sector (Government or Public Corporation)
- Project Management certifications (Prince, PMI...) are good to have
- Scrum PSPO or PSM certification is an advantage
- Experience in working in complex environment and with distributed team
- Very good communication skills with customers, team and stakeholders
- Independent, creative and reliable
- Focused and detail-oriented
- Able to work both in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Customer focus mindset
- Salesforce certifications or hands-on experience is not required but will be a plus
- Travel and overseas posting for mid-to-long term to be expected
