What you will do:

Receives and processes routine customer orders, inquiries, and/or complaints covering items or products ordered. May maintain an ongoing relationship with selected customers and sales staff. Uses knowledge of products and product availability to provide a communications link to the customer. Responsible for working with customers where products or services are of a technical nature.

How you will do it:

  • Assist the Sales Director with the administration, monitoring and upkeep of the Third Party (3P) Compliance program, including preparation and entry of Third Party applications, preparation of draft agreements and other documents, archiving of hard copy and soft copies of agreements and management of modifications to existing third party agreements

  • Participation in weekly Third Party calls with the Third Party management team

  • Maintenance of the 3P Compliance Portal and records to ensure that they are accurate and current

  • Assist sales staff and third parties with the completion of questionnaires, references and background documentation, basic and enhanced reviews as required

  • Maintenance of the Sales Channel Segmentation Chart and assistance with segmentation planning

  • Management and administration of Price Lists issuance and record keeping

  • Preparation of sales reports and data, including monthly report packs and maintenance of weekly backorder tracker

  • Assist with review and analysis of reports generated from Sales Management systems including SalesForce.com

  • Act as the SE Asia 'Key User' for Sales Force.com (for which training will be provided),

  • Plan and coordinate office and factory visits of foreign officials, including gaining approvals, detailing agendas and ensuring complete compliance to the Company guidelines

  • Submit approvals for sales to Myanmar using the Company on-line approval process

  • Any other compliance related projects as required to bolster and ensure conformance to the Company policies and expectations

  • Liaison with other functions including finance, FP&A, marketing and Marcoms, Product Management, Technical Services and Training and Customer Service

  • Updating and Keeping track of APAC Training Record and prepare monthly report to leader

  • Prepare online registration forms for customers to sign up, set up MS Teams Meeting with trainer, helping to keep track of attendance during online training

  • Prepare e-Certificates, ID Cards to customers once they complete training

  • Work with trainer to plan for future training schedule

  • Meridian LMS - New upcoming project (future online portal where customers can sign up to attend training) - need to input distributors contacts, product access, training information into system

  • Training orders (Cables for Vehicle Training, Materials for onsite trainings)

What we look for:

  • Degree holder in relevant fields preferably in Business, Statistics or Mathematics

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Preferably 2-3 years of relevant working experience within a MNC environment although new graduates may be considered

  • Work experience in in legal firms and/or financial institutions will be a distinct advantage

  • Highest level of honesty and integrity

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and interpersonal skills

  • Diligent with keen attention to detail and strong Excel skills. Working knowledge of data management will be an added advantage
