Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of specialists who provide technical and order related assistance/support to the internal and external customers of ABB. Each day, you will oversee the process, definition, implementation, and execution of customer support. You will also showcase your expertise by achieving targeted levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Contract review
- Review company sales and purchasing contracts to identify the risks and revise the contract terms according to ABB policy and company requirement.
- Coordinate and get support from country legal, insurance and IP function, to ensure key contract terms are in line with ABB requirement.
- Support sales to negotiate with the customer for the contract terms, if required.
- Sales contract chop management, ensure all contracts to be stamped are in line with the approved T&Cs.
- Risk review
- Familiar with EL Division guideline and company policy regarding risk review.
- Initiate and complete risk review according to group guideline.
- Coordinate and lead the risk review meeting if required.
- Provide risk review training to sales and other functions.
- LOA&POA review
- Review and revise LOA and POA to ensure all LOA and POA issued could meet company requirement.
- Credit review:
- Perform customer credit review.
- Others: provide other commercial support if required.

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Finance, Law, International trade, Economic related.
- A good understanding of Contract Law / Terms and Conditions. A good understanding of project risk analysis, at least 3-4 years of contract review experiences in related area.
- Good communication skill. Be fluent in both written and spoken English
- Good at Microsoft Software: Excel, Power Point etc..
- Work in strong sense of responsibility and good work attitude
- Be good competence on handling job under pressure;
- Strong cross function coordination skills, good teamwork spirit, problem-solving skill.
