The Sales Support Intern provides administrative support to the sales team, streamlines processes between the organization and its customers, and acts as a liaison for both internal and external stakeholders. The role assists the internal sales team by preparing reports, monitoring and tracking tender opportunities, and coordinating communications with customers and cross‑functional departments.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Monitor and track tender opportunities on designated portals/websites, maintain an overview, and flag deadlines.
  • Support preparation of tender documentation (forms, compliance checklists, templates, certifications) and ensure completeness/formatting.
  • Coordinate with Sales for pricing inputs, commercial terms, and approvals; consolidate inputs into final submissions.
  • Update internal trackers, archive submissions, and assist with Q&A logs and bidder communications as needed.

Qualification & Skills:

  • Ongoing studies in Business, Economics, or a related field; availability ~20 - 25 hours/week.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and deadline management; comfortable working with checklists and version control.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel for trackers; Word/PowerPoint for submission packs; SharePoint/Teams or similar).
  • Solid communication skills to align with Sales and other stakeholders; professional written formatting.
  • Basic understanding of RFP/RFI/RFQ processes, compliance requirements, and tender evaluation criteria is a plus (training provided).
  • Working proficiency in English; Chinese is a plus depending on tender language.
