Sales Sol Spec - Snr

Solutions Design and Implementation
- Conduct details of customer requirement in transportation 
- Analyse customers’ requirements and propose FedEx transportation or logistics services 
- Design solutions within and outside the context of FedEx’s service capabilities 
- Create tailor-made transportation solution for customer, as well as develop all business documentation/operating plans that are required for solutions development; 
- Assist in the development of customer proposal, 
- Identify budget and internal and external resources in order to ensure optimal and effective solutions are developed to satisfy customer needs and generate revenue

Project Management 
- Act as the project leader of a cross functional team (without direct reporting relationship) of customer transportation or logistics projects to ensure timely and successful project launch. 
- Effective communication with project team members (functional departments in the country/overseas and sister company) will be required to run the projects successfully.
