A Day in the LifeThe Sales Representative is responsible for managing customer accounts, developing new business opportunities, and executing sales activities to achieve territory objectives. This role works closely with healthcare professionals, distributors, and internal teams to support customer needs and grow the business.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned sales targets within the territory.

  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, customers, and distributors.

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop customer accounts.

  • Present and promote Medtronic products and services to customers.

  • Provide product education and training to support customer adoption.

  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities.

  • Implement territory and market development plans.

  • Share customer feedback and market insights with internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of sales, clinical, or healthcare-related experience.

  • Experience managing customer relationships and supporting business growth.

  • Ability to present products or solutions to customers and stakeholders.

  • Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in medical devices, MedTech, healthcare, or life sciences.

  • Previous sales experience in a customer-facing role.

  • Experience working with distributors or channel partners.

  • Knowledge of the Singapore healthcare market.
