Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Drive sales and market penetration of Pain Therapies products (SCS and TDD) across Singapore.
Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to achieve revenue and market share goals.
Provide in-depth clinical and technical support to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Conduct product presentations, in-service trainings, and therapy awareness programs for hospital staff.
Support implant procedures by guiding clinicians on product usage and therapy optimization.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), surgeons, pain specialists, and procurement stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to support therapy adoption and patient outcomes.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
Work within and actively promote Medtronic’s core mission, corporate strategies, policies, procedures and Code of Conduct.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Requires practical knowledge gained through experience of sales techniques and job area typically obtained through education combined with sales experience.
Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues .Bachelor’s degree AND a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the healthcare field.
Computer literacy and basic word processing skills in Office Suite are essential.
Five (5) years experience in the medical/healthcare industry (preferably in neuromodulation, pain management, or related fields).
Strong clinical aptitude and willingness to support in-theatre procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with Singapore’s healthcare system and hospital procurement processes
Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply
Willingness to travel as and when required
