Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Drive sales and market penetration of Pain Therapies products (SCS and TDD) across Singapore.

  • Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to achieve revenue and market share goals.

  • Provide in-depth clinical and technical support to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

  • Conduct product presentations, in-service trainings, and therapy awareness programs for hospital staff.

  • Support implant procedures by guiding clinicians on product usage and therapy optimization.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), surgeons, pain specialists, and procurement stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to support therapy adoption and patient outcomes.

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.

  • Work within and actively promote Medtronic’s core mission, corporate strategies, policies, procedures and Code of Conduct.

Required Knowledge and Experience: 

  • Requires practical knowledge gained through experience of sales techniques and job area typically obtained through education combined with sales experience.
    Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues .

  • Bachelor’s degree AND a minimum of 3 years of  relevant work experience in the healthcare field.

  • Computer literacy and basic word processing skills in Office Suite are essential.

  • Five (5) years experience in the medical/healthcare industry (preferably in neuromodulation, pain management, or related fields).

  • Strong clinical aptitude and willingness to support in-theatre procedures.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Familiarity with Singapore’s healthcare system and hospital procurement processes

  • Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply

  • Willingness to travel as and when required

  • Out of hours work required.
